Being that you are, I'm assuming you're struggling with some cognitive dissonance in your life, telling yourself something but doing the opposite. Maybe you know the facts about alcohol but still can't seem to abstain or moderate. Maybe you believe alcohol is the thread holding your life together, maybe you can't seem to understand why you are miserable when you can't drink, maybe you're wondering why you allow alcohol to take up so much of your mental real estate?
Many people believe alcohol relaxes them, it makes them happy, it makes them better at their job, it makes sex better, it makes everything more fun, it reduces stress, and the list goes on and on about what we have been led to believe alcohol does for us. I fell into the trap, just like the bugs that fall prey to the picture plant.
Maybe you have visited the American Cancer Society website and read the facts. Maybe you have avoided it and don't want to know. I certainly wasn't aware that 87% of Americans drink even when all the facts are there about how bad it is for us.
But do you know it isn't our fault? Alcohol is very addictive but yet it is still allowed to be marketed as "the elixir" of life. But it isn't, we have all been duped.
Understanding the Trap
Recognizing that your struggle isn't a personal failing—it's neuroscience. Alcohol hijacks our brain's reward system, making us believe we need something that's actually working against us.

Faith-Based Support Available
For those who want it, exploring how spiritual guidance and peace can become the governing force in your decisions.
Who I Work With
You've got your life together on the outside, but inside you're exhausted by the mental gymnastics around alcohol. You're tired of the rules, the counting, the constant negotiation with yourself.
You're wondering what life might look like with less alcohol—or none at all. You're not in crisis, but you're curious about what clarity and authentic joy might feel like.
You know the facts about alcohol but keep doing the opposite of what you know is good for you. You're ready to understand why and break free from the cycle.
I take a personalized, down-to-earth approach. That means deep listening, education about what alcohol really does, and practical steps that align with your values. No cookie-cutter advice. No pressure. No shame. Just support, understanding, and the fog beginning to lift.
Reaching out for coaching is a powerful, self-led move toward growth. Whether you're feeling stuck, ready for change, or simply craving more clarity, this is a space where you’ll be [choose: seen, supported, challenged, and empowered].
Whether you're feeling stuck, ready for change, or simply craving more clarity, this is a space where you'll be seen, supported, and understood. As someone who's walked this path, I know the rules, the mental exhaustion, the feeling of being trapped. I also know the incredible peace and authenticity that's waiting on the other side.
